Glenhope Vineyard supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Please drink responsibly.

WARNING
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence;
. To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $19,000)
. For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $800)
TYPE OF LICENCE
This licence is a producer’s licence and authorises the licensee to supply liquor that is the licensee’s product at any time and on any premises to a person who holds a licence under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.
This licence also authorises the licensee during the trading hours specified below to:
– supply liquor that is the licensee’s product for consumption on or off the licensed premises; and
– supply liquor that is not the licensee’s product for consumption on the licensed premises.
AMENITY
The licensee shall not cause or permit undue detriment to the amenity of the area to arise out of or in connection with the use of the premises to which the licence relates during or immediately after the trading hours authorised under this licence.
TRADING HOURS
Thursday to Sunday Between 10am and 5pm
Good Friday and ANZAC Day Between 12 noon and 5pm
AUTHORISATION TO SUPPLY LICENSEE’S PRODUCT AT EVENTS OFF THE LICENSED PREMISES
The licensee may supply liquor that is the licensee’s product in sealed containers, bottles or cans and sales by the glass at events that are conducted off the licensed premises and that are not a major event within the meaning of Section 14B of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 and are not a horse racing event, subject to the following conditions:
. the licensee must keep a register of all events at which it has supplied its product and produce the records for inspection upon request by an authorised person.
. the licensee must have the consent of the event organisers to supply liquor at the event.
. any persons supplying liquor at a promotional event must have completed a responsible service of alcohol course approved by the Commission.
. liquor may be supplied at a promotional event between the hours of 7am and 8pm
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Minimum purchase
No minimum purchase is required.
Shipping costs
Shipping is provided by Australia Post, and other carriers at current market rates.
Wine is a fragile commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Glenhope Vineyard is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
SHIPPING POLICY
The rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.
Delivery will take 1-7 business days after the order has shipped.
Shipping lead times are estimated and cover only the metropolitan areas. Major metropolitan areas include Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.
Your order will be shipped by Australia Post and other carriers. Please notify us of any specific delivery instructions.
For orders shipped by our carriers to a residential or office address, deliveries are generally made between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, and exclude certain statutory holidays.
Our carriers cannot make a call prior to delivery. The carrier may leave a calling card if you are not at home, and you can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new shipping date or amend your delivery address.
